Designed for beginners of all ages, this course introduces the fundamentals of dance improvisation in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Participants gradually develop body awareness, creativity, musicality, and confidence while learning to move with themselves, the space, and others.

Using guided improvisation exercises and simple movement explorations, the course encourages curiosity, playful experimentation, and the freedom to discover new ways of moving and expressing yourself.

Your Teacher

Keren Hoffman


Keren Hoffman is a dance artist and educator with over twenty years of experience teaching dance and movement to people of all ages. Holding a BA in Dance and Education, she has worked internationally as a freelance dancer while continuing her research in somatic movement, improvisation, and embodied learning. In her classes, participants discover contemporary dance in a supportive and inclusive environment where they can move, explore, and enjoy the experience of dancing.
